Krystle Sulway-Johansson
Head of Flexible Workspaces
Krystle is an expert in flexible workspace and brings to Space&Co. over 19 years experience spanning all major global markets including Australia, South-East Asia, Greater China, Middle East, UK and Europe.
Krystle is passionate about building the best flexible solutions to suit any business, whether they be in start-up mode, an SME or multinational corporation. One size does not fit all and so being able to work closely with her clients to tailor a specific and bespoke solution is what drives and excites Krystle.
Outside of real estate Krystle is a lover of travel and both fashion and interior design. -
Klara Von Bertouch
Senior Manager
Klara is originally from Northern Ireland. Through opportunities in her career, she has lived and worked in London, Paris, Dublin and now Sydney. Klara’s experience has evolved from FMCG, to retail, with her interest expanding to flexible working at GPT Space&Co. Klara has led the expansion of major US Brands into the UK and Europe and had the chance to travel the world experiencing different cultures. Through this professional and personal journey, she continued her interest in creating memorable human experiences…now in the workplace. Klara believes that there is always an opportunity to inspire, leave a lasting impression and conduct business in a manner that creates long standing relationships… with customers and colleagues. -
Lauren Swift
Finance Manager
Managing Space&Co.’s finances for the last 5 years, Lauren is passionate about supporting the growth and success of the business and seeing Space&Co. customers thrive in beautiful spaces. Aside from her love of a good spreadsheet, Lauren loves cooking great food for friends and family. -

Business Administration Executive
Behind every great business organisation is a talented and capable business administrator. Brant has been working with The GPT Group across a variety of roles and now supports the Space&Co. Workspace & Customer Experience Leads so they focus on what matters......our members. -

Regional Workspace Manager
An enthusiastic communicator, Jodi enjoys working in a collaborative environment with colleagues who encourage a positive workplace culture. Jodi values the potential for innovation and collaboration at Space&Co. and aspires to build strong relationships and a sense of community for the members. -
Joshua Whiley
Regional Workspace Manager
Josh is the Regional Manager for NSW. Coming from a background in the aviation industry, Josh has ‘first-class’ customer service skills, and is passionate about creating great experiences for his members, making their workplace a vibrant and fun place to be. When he’s not enjoying the great views from our George St venue, Josh can be found knocking back a few beers with his mates at the pub, or working hard at the gym trying to burn off the calories from said beers. -
Camden Webb
Technology Manager
Camden joins the GPT group as our Technology Manager, responsible for the technology systems installed in our flexible workspaces. With over 12 years of experience in the field, Camden is passionate about technology and providing seamless solutions, enabling our members to have exceptional experiences. Outside of work, Camden enjoys travelling and spending time with his family.

Sales & Business Development Executive
Emma is the Sales and Business Development Executive for Melbourne. An enthusiastic and engaging individual, Emma has over 10 years of customer relations and operations experience.
Having a strong hospitality and shared workspace background, Emma brings sound knowledge, professionalism, and her own personal flare to the role.
With excellent interpersonal skills and a strong operational mindset, Emma strives to deliver a unique and personalised service to all members at Space&Co.
Outside of the office, you’ll find Emma reading a celebrity memoir whilst soaking up the sun. -
Olivia Anstee
Sales & Business Development Executive
Liv joins the Space&Co. team as the Sales & Business Development Executive for Sydney. Coming from a family with deep real estate roots, Liv has been immersed in the world of property from a very young age which has fuelled her passion for residential and commercial sales.
Liv now has 14 years of sales experience under her belt. Her ability to negotiate and build great relationships with clients and brokers is just one of her many strengths within this role.Eager to assist new and existing members within the flex workspace community, Liv prides herself on fantastic customer service and achieving a great result for all involved.
Outside of the real estate world, you will often find Liv spending quality time with her family or checking out Sydney’s best cafes, bars, and restaurants.

Sales & Business Development Executive
Sarah is our Sales & Business Development Executive at Parramatta. With a diverse background in customer service, sales, administration, team & office management, she brings a wealth of passion to providing the best possible service to her customers.
Out of the office you will find Sarah making memories with her family & friends, hitting the gym with her new love of Pilates or enjoying a weekend getaway, that of course features a glass (or bottle!) of rose. -
Jessie Huang
Assistant Property Accountant
With a background in trust accounting in real estate agency, Jessie joins the Space&Co. team as Assistant Property Accountant.
When Jessie isn't deep in an excel spreadsheet, she enjoys spending time with her friends, reading and playing tennis.

Ian is the face of 530 Collins Street, Melbourne. His Canadian charm is a treat for our members and their guests. Ian is passionate about customer experience and prioritises this above everything. In his spare time Ian enjoys hanging out with his family. -
Steph Galea
Workspace & Customer Experience Lead
Steph is the Workspace and Customer Experience Lead at our newest venue, 32 Smith. Having worked in multiple retail and corporate customer service roles, she brings a wealth of experience and loves being able to provide a professional and memorable experience to members and visitors in our Parramatta space. Outside of work you will find Steph soaking up the sun at the beach and enjoying a few beverages with the girls. -
Natasha Dominey
Workspace & Customer Experience Lead
Tash has lived most of her life in Melbourne and has travelled all over Europe and Asia including studying in Japan for a year. She enjoys travel, cooking and runs a monthly book club. Recently she has completed a course in Permaculture in an effort to keep her large garden alive. She previously worked as Head Concierge for 530 Collins St and has a depth of experience in hotels, retail and travel.
Tash loves a good chat, meeting new people, and trying new and interesting things. -
Carlos Palma
Workspace and Meeting Room Coordinator
Carlos is a customer service professional. He brings with him a wealth of experience from the hotel industry having worked in some of the top hotels in Australia.
Outside of work, he gets excited about anything to do with the visual arts. You can often find him in galleries and museums on the weekends and on sunny days, you can find him walking his pet cat in the local parks. Travelling is another passion of his. The most exciting place he’s been to recently is Iceland where he went glacier hiking and exploring its fascinating landscape. -
Rayne Giles
Workspace & Customer Experience Lead
Rayne is a resourceful, flexible and enthusiastic individual with a passion for property, facilities, and coordination. He is a highly motivated and experienced venue manager of 15 years in the hospitality sector, where he honed his interpersonal and customer service skills. He enjoys a dynamic environment where he is both challenged and thriving.
When not in the office, you will find him at all the latest restaurants, camping and hanging with his dog Lucy.

Evelyn is a passionate, creative, and dedicated individual with a strong work ethic and extensive experience in customer service. She loves everything design and brings her creative flair and attention to detail to work in her current role as Workplace & Customer Experience Lead at 580 George.
Outside of work you can find Evelyn in the outdoors on long walks with her staffy Kevin, playing tennis and at the beach soaking up the sun. -
Michael Reid
Workspace & Customer Experience Lead
Originally hailing from Scotland, Michael brings with him a wealth of customer service experience gained through 10 years working in Melbourne’s hospitality industry and corporate experience as a Buyer in the UK retail industry. Michael enjoys meeting new people and making new connections, something he loves to foster at Space&Co. A customer focused professional Michael is passionate about creating a welcoming and memorable experience for his clients.
Outside of work Michael loves cooking and entertaining for friends, drinking a good bottle of wine and travelling. -
Michelle Phan
Workspace Coordinator
Michelle is a little all arounder in Space&Co. team! With her versatility and adaptability, she seamlessly works across all Melbourne venues, utilising her years of experience in customer service, hospitality, and administration.
Having spent her early 20s exploring the diverse landscapes of Europe, Southeast Asia, Latin America, and even calling New Zealand home, Michelle developed a deep appreciation for different cultures and a passion for connecting with people from all walks of life. Her genuine desire to help others is evident in her interactions, and she finds great joy in assisting and supporting others.
Our of the office, you can find her spending quality time with friends, embarking on road trips, enjoying beach walks, exploring art galleries, tending to her cherished plants, and showering affection on her beloved cat, Fluffy.
